One of the objectives of MRO audit is to approach maintenance and repair as a proactive endeavour. When maintenance professionals are forced to be reactive to equipment issues, the result is usually expensive repairs and extensive downtime.
In this audit we start by meeting with customer’s key personnel – maintenance managers, to understand their current maintenance culture, practice and listen to concerns, the objective is to look for ways to reduce/ eliminate chronic failures to make their job more productive and hopefully easier. With this information, we conduct a plant survey to analyse equipment problems and challenging areas, once this survey is completed, we create a customized modular training to fit customer’s specific manufacturing, maintenance and reliability goals.
